Welcome to Hervy, a dedicated team of guitarists continuously seek for perfection in the guitar they use to perform. To the extend of crafting one that suits each one of them, to feel it as natural as possible, as if it’s extension of the body.
Started with dissatisfaction with most guitars available in the market, a lead guitarist, Engkan Herikan, started to experiment in crafting one. After numerous attempts in the past years, He created two perfect guitars to his imagination and perfection. Each with unique type, as well as soul. And as of today, any guitarist tried the guitar always come back with amazement.
Yes, the soul of the guitar.
To Engkan it’s too underrated should the difference of one guitar to another is just based on the shape and the sound. There’s much more than those. The depth, the crisp, the acoustic, the grip, the shape, the click, the feel….you name it. It’s like when someone is trying to choose the perfect partner for life. He created the guitar as if it’s gonna be a living partner.
And the final process is for him to test it, and specific order might be lucky to be tested in his life performance. The whole process is iterated and only upon his satisfaction the guitar earn its name. Each guitar has its own name, printed on a certificated signed by the creator himself – now the founder of the Hervy Guitar company.
